Returns and Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  We accept returns or exchanges for defective products, products that are damaged in transit, or if the incorrect item was shipped. All returns or exchanges are granted at Shock's discretion and additional evidence, proof, etc. may be requested by Shock. In the event a customer fails to provide the items requested by Shock, no return or exchange shall be accepted. 

Refunds and Exchanges:  To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must e-mail Shock within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your e-mail, Shock will respond accordingly and determine your eligibility for a refund or exchange. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will refund the full purchase price.

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.  Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.

International duties, taxes, and fees. Any international duties, taxes, and fees that may be imposed by a governing body are non-refundable. Under no circumstance shall Shock be required to reimburse the customer for any duties, fees, or taxes imposed by a governing body.

Shipping 
To return your product, you must mail the product to: Shock Trampoline LLC, 3247 N. Huetter Rd., Coeur d'Alene ID 83814, U.S.A.

Customer shall be responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where we ship the exchanged item, the shipping time may vary. 

The customer is responsible for paying any and all fees associated with shipping the item for extra services: ie tracking, insurance, etc.
